Cider with a scratter - 10 litres - Brew 23

More apple picking and scratting and pressing. Frozen some apple juice, and some in fridge.. have got 2 demi-johns outside, and am hoping they wont start to ferment. Could add sodium metabisulphate.. or pasteurise it. It will be interesting to see.

I put them in the freezer asap to try and stop fermenting.
